Why did we do it? Well here's
a few reasons why, we hope you can understand and respect our decision:

Since january 1st there is a
very confusing law (not the fist one!) about smoking. Since we are not
absolutely 100 % sure that smoking is allowed or not and the fines are
very high, we decided to ban smoke from the hostel.

Our personal experience (and
yes, most of here smoke) from travels to Ireland and Italy is that is not
that bad not to be permitted to smoke inside.

When you have to go outside
to smoke it helps you to mingle! You meet lots of interesting people while
complaining about the smokingban.

We aknowledge that sitting
in pub, hostel or restaurant full of smoke, must be very annoying for
those who decide not to be walking chimney.

It is much cheaper not to
smoke, more money for beer!
